About
Let me tell you a little about myself, my name is Tiffany and I’m the owner & operator of Normita’s Cuisine formally known as Normita’s Mexican Cuisine. If you are wondering why the name change, well the truth is I've been in this for a little over 2 years now and everyone around me has decided to open Mexican food carts (along with expensive pods, I can’t afford) flooding the market!
Its sad and I'm fed up, I can't even get accepted to our local farmers markets because they already have 5 "Mexican places"! I’m seeing the OG’s drop like flies because they need a break and I don’t want to go!
Along with running my food cart, I’m a mom of two and have a farm that I run at home. Not to mention a list of family members including my autistic brother I care for. This used to be a dream, but I’ve realized dreams change. Luckily for me I have a great support system of family and friends and the word is I cook up some really delicious food, not just Mexican.
I never thought I would change the about me section of my website but Normita’s is changing and bringing even more delicious recipes to Clark County and the surrounding areas.

Tasty, flavorful and completely unique, Normita's Cuisine serves up delicious food in Clark County, to diners who are sick and tired of the same old Mexican food options, I'm introducing something new, a mix of hibachi and mexican.
The complete experience only happens when you actually show up, so go ahead and follow us online for real-time cart location updates; we might be parked at a location near you soon. Come say hi, your taste buds will be glad you did. I will upload a special menu for events or have a calendar of what I will be serving.
